Welcome to Himalayan Club! As one of the oldest mountaineering clubs in India, we have the distinction of being associated with some of the pioneering pre-war expeditions in the Himalaya. In current times though, our primary role is to serve as an organization dedicated to disseminating information about the Himalaya. Today our members are spread across the world and include some of the major mountaineering names, authors and other distinguished people who have contributed to expanding knowledge of the Himalaya.
